Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Trendwise KPI, the connector portal run by Trendwise Consulting ("Trendwise", "we", "us") at kpi.trendwiseco.com. It is a paid subscription service with a free trial. By creating an account, starting a trial, accepting an invitation, or connecting an ad account or Claude to the portal, you agree to them for yourself and for the business you act for. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
Trendwise KPI lets you connect your Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta (Facebook) accounts, and lets Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, read and manage your advertising through a connection you approve. It also gives you a portal to manage logins, businesses, team members and reports. Claude is a separate product from Anthropic, and your use of it is covered by your own terms with Anthropic.
Trendwise KPI is a connector. It reads and changes your own Google and Meta accounts only when you, or your Claude assistant, ask it to.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password and everything done under them. Keep your sign-in private, tell us if you think it has been misused, and make sure the people you invite are allowed to see the accounts you connect. You must be at least 18 and have the authority to bind the business you use the service for.
Access to your ad accounts
When you connect a Google or Meta login, or approve Claude, you authorize us to access your ad accounts and related data on your behalf, using the permissions you grant. You confirm that you own each account you connect, or that you have the authority to manage it and to give us this access. You can choose read-only access or read and write access. With write access, Claude can change campaigns, ads, budgets, keywords and status in your accounts when you or someone using your connection asks it to. New campaigns, ad sets and ads are created paused, so nothing runs until it is turned on. You are responsible for those changes and for the decisions you make, including money spent as a result. Check what Claude proposes before you agree to it. You can disconnect a login or Claude at any time.
Advertising spend is paid to Google and Meta under your own accounts. It is your responsibility and is not part of any fee to us.
Platform terms
Google, Meta and Anthropic each have their own terms and policies, and they apply to your use of their products through this service. That includes the Google Ads terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's advertising policies. You are responsible for following them, including the rules for the ads you run and the people you collect leads from. If a platform suspends your account or limits access, we cannot change that.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or a platform's rules, including Google's and Meta's policies, to run deceptive or prohibited ads, to collect or use lead information without permission, to reach accounts you have no right to, to attempt to get around the limits between workspaces, or to disrupt, probe or overload the service. Do not scrape the service or send it more requests than your plan and the daily limits allow. Do not share your connection with people outside your business, and do not resell access to the service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise any advertising result, including leads, sales, traffic, rankings or return on ad spend. Suggestions from the service and from Claude, such as budgets, bids, costs per click and audience sizes, are estimates, not guarantees. Answers from Claude are generated by an AI system and can be wrong or incomplete. The numbers in the portal come from Google and Meta and can be delayed or restated by them. Market research numbers are estimates too. You decide what to do with what you see.
Plans and fees
You pay for the service as a monthly subscription, billed in US dollars through Stripe. There are three plans:
- Starter, $50 a month. 1 client, 2 team members, 3 ad accounts, 5,000 Claude requests a month and 500 research credits a month.
- Pro, $149 a month. 5 clients, 5 team members, 15 ad accounts, 25,000 Claude requests a month and 1,500 research credits a month.
- Agency, $250 a month. 25 clients, 15 team members, 75 ad accounts, 100,000 Claude requests a month and 4,000 research credits a month.
A client is a business you add to your workspace. Ad accounts count Google and Meta together. Claude requests and research credits are counted by calendar month. When you reach a limit, you cannot add more of that item until you move to a bigger plan. Claude requests also start again on the first day of the next month. If you move to a plan with a lower ad account limit, the accounts past the new limit are switched off. We do not delete them, and they come back when you have room.
Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Some workspaces are billed directly by Trendwise. For those, the plan and fees are as agreed in writing with Trendwise, and the billing rules below apply except where that agreement says otherwise.
Free trial
You get a 14-day free trial, once for each customer. We collect a card when the trial starts. The first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Plan page, which opens a secure Stripe page. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds. That includes partial refunds for the part of a period you did not use.
Failed payments
If a payment does not go through, you keep full access for 7 days. If it is still unpaid after that, your workspace becomes read only until it is paid. Read only means you can sign in, see your data and reports, update your card and choose a plan. Claude and the portal cannot make changes.
Price changes
We may change our prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next billing date after that notice period ends. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that date.
Research credits
Research credits pay for market research lookups, such as competitor ads and keyword data. The data comes from a third-party search data provider. Each lookup uses some of your credits.
- Plan credits. Your plan adds credits each calendar month. Credits you do not use roll over, up to 3 months of your plan's monthly credits. Anything past that is removed.
- Purchased credits. You can buy more credits, starting at $10 for 625 credits, in steps of 25 credits. Purchased credits never expire. They are not refundable and have no cash value.
- Order of use. Plan credits are used first, then purchased credits.
- When they run out. Lookups stop until you buy more credits, the next month's credits arrive, or you move to a bigger plan.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop features, for example when Google or Meta change their systems. Connections can also stop working when a platform expires a token, and you may need to reconnect.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. To stop billing, cancel as described under "Cancelling and refunds". We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts other customers, us or a platform at risk, or if fees are not paid. If we end your access, we will disconnect your logins and delete the stored tokens.
After you cancel
When your plan ends, your workspace stays read only for 90 days. That gives you time to come back, or to download your data. When your plan ends, we also disconnect your Google and Meta logins and delete their stored tokens. If you come back, you reconnect them. After the 90 days, we delete the workspace and the data we hold for it, including any research credits left. Sign-in records and audit entries are handled as the privacy policy describes.
Your data and deletion
Your data stays yours. Our privacy policy says what we collect and keep. The workspace owner can download the workspace's data at any time from the Account page, with Download my data. After your plan has ended, the owner can also choose Delete my workspace on the same page: we delete the workspace 7 days later, and you can change your mind until then. To delete your data in other ways, disconnect your logins, use the data deletion page, or email marvin@trendwiseco.com. After you ask us to close your workspace, we delete what we hold for it as the privacy policy describes. If you do not ask, we delete it 90 days after your plan ends, as set out above.
Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost leads, wasted ad spend or indirect losses that come from using the service, from changes made through Claude, or from a platform's actions. Our total responsibility to you for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last update, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Changes to prices follow the notice rule under "Price changes".
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.
